I Create Ventures Private Limited ('us', 'we', or 'our') operates the www.seekerscollective.com website (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service'). This page informs you of our cancellation policies.

At Seekers Collective, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our community. However, to ensure fairness and avoid last-minute gaps, we implement the following conditions:

1. Cancellation Notice:Cancellation must be notified in writing by the person who made the booking. If the cancellation is received before the final payment is due, we will retain the deposit along with the Cancellation Fee Waiver payment.

2. Room Change Due to Cancellation:If a cancellation leads to a room change (for example, from Twin/Double to Single, or Triple to Twin/Double), the charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.

3. Failure to Join:If a guest fails to join the trip on the departure day, cancellation fees will be 100%, unless the guest informs us of the delay and decides to join the trip later at their own expense.

4. Refunds:In the event of a refund, we deduct a 2% payment gateway fee and 5% GST. Hence, the refund amount will be: Total Amount - 7%.

5. Cancellation Timeline (Indian Editions):

• 60 days & over:
• Option to switch to another Edition, with the initial payment carried forward.
• 60-45 days:
• Option to switch to another Edition, with the initial payment carried forward.
• If not, 25% of the edition price will be forfeited.
• 44-31 days:
• 50% of the edition price will be forfeited.
• 30-15 days:
• 75% of the edition price will be forfeited.
• 14-1 days:
• 100% of the edition price will be forfeited.
• Departure day/No Show:
• 100% of the edition price will be forfeited.
• During trip:
• 100% of the edition price will be forfeited.

6. Air Tickets/Internal Travel (included within the trip):For cancellations related to air tickets or internal travel, a cancellation fee of INR 1500 plus airline charges will apply, regardless of the time of cancellation.

Please note that the final payment due is assigned dynamically by our platform, based on your initial payment.
