I am more calm and yet energetic. Transformation for me would be ‘staying true to yourself’ and that is the hardest thing to do. Once you are true to yourself, everything feel a lot more relaxing. Soul mapping was one of the sessions that really helped me a lot in figuring out the things that I really want to do for myself and not in the pressure of society. Cacao ceremony was another session that made me more comfortable in my own skin. Feeling quite serene. It’s been a good experience meeting a good set of people with a right mindset and energised at the same time. Feeling more connected with people, finding people who are like-minded where you can talk about anything under the sun or even beyond in a very easy conversation through out the day for 7 days. It was amazing to share those thoughts with pretty much everyone. I’d become a bit more reserved over the past few years so this was pretty good in that sense. I think this ‘opening up’ and other strength that I have gathered over here, I’m hopeful that this would- along with the tools like meditation should make a big difference

I think what the Growth Residency did was give a very good strating point on things that you can build upon and incorporate in your own life. I think the sessions that impacted me the most were Sudarshan kriya that we did everyday. I think that really brought about a lot of changes and opened me up to a lot of possibilities that I was fairly closed off or would not have reached out to before. Other than that, the ice bath was very interesting on how do you deal with pain and how do you deal with things that you feel are untoward towards you. The cacao ceremony that focused a lot on opening yourself up and going through motions in which you try to embody different things was super interesting. What I am taking back from here is a way to open up my mind and connect with myself a bit more. Also helping a lot more with emotional release and how do I go about handling myself in a better way and taking responsibility

I came with no expectations and I never realised that this residency will impact me so much be it with respect to spirituality, productivity or my own headspace and getting answers to the answers I have always been seeking. I am hoping that I will just keep on doing this and I can see myself becoming a superhuman. I really want to become that. I had some apprehensions about how the people are going to be because spirituality is not something you can teach but the peole who are here, whoi taught us, who mentored us they were so experienced, they all had great clarity had great clarity about life, very patiently they answered all olur questions. I am a very inquisitive child. They held our finger and walked us through the whole journey, it was amazing.

The last 7 days, I start my day on a very energetic note and that is because of the meditation and yoga session that really puts me in a calm state of mind where I am energetic at the same time. This residency felt like unexpected connections, personal growth and spiritual development, it was all blended into one beautiful experience. The insights that I have picked up from here are not just for here and now, these are something I will carry all my life. This is like an intersection of modern business, cognitive science and untapped depth of human spirit. This was just not a growth program, this was so many things together blended into one experience that I will not find in any kind of traditional setting.

Well, Growth Residency was really really growing. Everything has very naturally, very silently, very genuinely impacted my growth. There was a very different very lasting experienceand memory which I have from every experiential activity which we went though here. It was just abundance out of very segment which was very naturtally curated for us, which was very effectively coming to you. I was very amazed that I opened up too much than I knew I could alone by myself in the same exercise. I have been very lucky, there is a lot of gratitude, I have been very fortunate that I could be a part of something like this. Exhilarating, to say the least. Surprtised at my own self for opening up in front of strangers the way that I did. I haven’t done that in the last decade or so I think. I have friends that have existed since I was 9 years old. I have shed a lot of ego, gained a lot of empathy, humility and more so I have realised that my problems are probably not as great as the big or small as the next person’s. I think the Kriya stands out for me, it kind of changed my definition of meditation in a lot of ways. I think anyone that is not experiencing the residency or the Kriya, this is something you are all missing out on. I mean, we all as humans are missing out on. It was a nice experience, it was nice sharing this experience with these nice people. I felt really comfortable with the team and the place is beautiful. I discovered that breath can really calm you down because if you go up to your mind, you could be really stressed. This experience make you come back home and be conscious about your acting. Sometimes when you get lost in the outside, especially when you are travelling, you can really get lost a lot in the outside. It’s nice to be more conscious your acts and feelings. I am justy grateful to be honest. Just give yourself the time to be with you and grow. I think this is essential for life.

It came out well, all of the sessions were quite new to me. I literally got the break I was looking for. Being back in work, I was stuck with the same routine, same cycle of experiences. This opened up a lot of thinking patterns and different perspective to look at things, a breakthrough from the routine I had from the last 10 years. My personal chal;lenge for the past 4-5 years was indecision. They have some of the best people coming in to do different programs that are scheduled. It really helped me put into practice I think what you guys are trying to teach us which is to be in the present moment. After the first intreoductory day, I was very here and now so much so that the outside world ius like, What’s going on? They are also like surprised about what’s happening. I feel like I have been very mindful in the last 6 days. With the tools that I have gathered here, I feel more connected. I feel like my motivation and action is more connected, I have become more patient it wasn’t one of my goals but I can feel like I have become more patient. Experientially I feel different I don’t know how to articulate it but I feel like the way I was living my life before felt different and in the last 6 days I just feel different.
